The Peters corporate group is continuing to expand with targeted acquisitions. The latest acquisition took place with our subsidiary Logbox Vertriebsgesellschaft für Verpackungen mbH & Co. KG in Kamp-Lintfort. By taking over part of the product range of Hohendahl Display GmbH, based in Essen, Logbox is boosting the business with unprinted and flexo-printed solid and corrugated cardboard packaging as well as with packaging such as bubble wrap, adhesive tape and other packaging materials. The transfer of the business took place on 5th October 2015.
Logbox CEO Ulrich Michaelis believes the acquisition represents a welcome rounding off of the services on offer: “As a full-range retailer with a broad product range, the company Logbox is ideally equipped to continue fulfilling the high expectations of customers when it comes to quality and service.
