We consider the protection of your personal data to be a very serious matter. You can therefore rest assured that we always handle your personal data in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. We have commissioned a reliable and highly competent external Data Protection Officer appointed by the company UIMC Dr. Voßbein GmbH & Co KG. In this statement, we would like to inform you about how we process personal data.

Collection and processing of personal data

You can generally use our website without revealing your identity. If we ask for your personal data (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) on our website, for example on contact forms or when signing in/registering, you can choose to provide these data on a voluntary basis. We use the information provided for our own business-related purposes (for example to send you the materials/information requested).

If you have any questions, we offer you the option of contacting us via a contact form provided on our website. We require the data marked as mandatory on this form in order to allocate and answer your enquiry. Other details can be provided on a voluntary basis. The processing of data for the purpose of contacting our company occurs in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of your consent given on a voluntary basis.

The personal data that we collect when you use our contact form will be deleted after we have dealt with your en-quiry and after the expiry of our obligations to retain data according to fiscal and commercial law. Once you have granted consent, for example for the purpose of being sent our newsletter or other interesting infor-mation from our company, you are entitled to withdraw this consent with effect for the future at any time and without specifying any reason. To do so, you can use the contact form mentioned above or follow the instructions on with-drawing consent provided in our newsletter.

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this Data Privacy Statement in order to ensure that it constantly complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Data Privacy Statement, for exam-ple in the case of the introduction of new services. The new Data Privacy Statement will then apply next time you visit our website.
