Full service for all packaging-related needs is the objective of our subsidiary DAJAPAC. Since many of its customers require very specific solutions, DAJAPAC is responding by constantly developing its portfolio. It has recently added a new workshop extension to its head office in Rösrath which will be dedicated to the processing of PE foam.

The combination of PE foam and corrugated cardboard is ideally suited for new packaging solutions where stability and safe handling are paramount. This is the case for sensitive electronics in the medical devices and lighting technology fields, for example, where the packaging materials and logistics have to be able to meet demanding packaging and transportation requirements. To this end, DAJAPAC has introduced developments like made-to-measure PE foam trays. These innovative disposable and re-usable transportation solutions provide optimum protection for the international shipping of sensitive devices. Thanks to its new workshop, DAJAPAC is able to respond to specific customer requests with even greater satisfaction and speed.

There is also good news to report from LOGBOX. After a construction period of only six months, a new warehouse is now operational at the company’s head office in Kamp-Lintfort. With a storage area of almost 4,000 m² and 600 m³ of refrigerated warehousing, LOGBOX now has over 5,000 pallet spaces available for all kinds of packaging materials. This ensures that it can provide an even more timely and comprehensive service for its rapidly growing number of customers.
